How we work.
The path we're planning
- 01
Understand
Define the task, who needs to do it and where existing tools get in the way. Check assumptions with people who could use the product.
- 02
Focus
Prototype the whole task, including where AI can connect information or carry out a step. Decide what belongs in the first version.
- 03
Build
Turn the core task into working software. Include loading states, useful error messages and the screens people see before adding any data.
- 04
Try
When a usable version is ready, test it on real tasks with early users. Check whether the results are useful and whether the task takes less effort, including any corrections.
- 05
Improve
Use feedback to choose the next changes. Make time for fixes and maintenance alongside new features.
Design priorities
What we work towards.
Clarity about data
We aim to explain what data a product uses and why, with the details in its own privacy policy.
Easier to use
We aim for clear layouts, readable text and straightforward navigation. As a product develops, we look for ways to improve its accessibility.
Languages to suit the audience
Language choices depend on who a product is for. We consider additional languages as its audience and needs become clearer.
Practical performance
We consider the devices and connections a product is likely to be used on, and focus improvements on what makes the biggest difference in practice.
Clear product information
We aim to describe what a product offers, its current status and important limitations in plain language.
A direct contact
Questions and feedback can come straight to the studio through the contact form or email.
